Water-cooled two-stage compression screw refrigerator equipped with a liquid crystal touch panel and inverter control.

By adopting an LCD touch panel, the operability and serviceability have been improved. The adoption of an LCD touch panel (information from the freezer is displayed on the LCD screen). Two modes can be set according to the application. In "Suction Pressure Control" and "Internal Temperature Control," mode switching via external input signals is possible. Please use this when switching setting values such as "Pre-cooling (internal set temperature -20C)" and "Freezing (internal set temperature -40C)." Frequency Control Four types of frequency control methods have been prepared, considering various usage applications. (Selection via switches on the printed circuit board). Suction Pressure Control The suction pressure sensor built into the freezer detects the cooling load, and the compressor speed is continuously controlled. Internal Temperature Control The internal temperature is input as a DC 4-20mA signal from the temperature controller prepared on-site to the freezer control panel for determining the cooling load. Adoption of next-generation refrigerant R448A The refrigerant used is the non-flammable new refrigerant R448A. This refrigerant reduces the global warming potential by approximately 64% compared to the conventional refrigerant R404A and by approximately 33% compared to refrigerant R410A. Improved cooling capacity through the adoption of a subcooling circuit [R448A water-cooled constant speed type] The adoption of a subcooling circuit has significantly improved the cooling capacity. Extension of the overhaul (disassembly and maintenance) cycle to 24,000 hours or 5 years of operation, up to 40,000 hours or 5 years of operation through the adoption of a simple compressor structure The single-stage compressor can apply a differential pressure lubrication system by fully utilizing rolling bearings, simplifying the lubrication system and eliminating moving parts such as suction and discharge valves, thereby enhancing reliability. Furthermore, by adopting a semi-hermetic structure with a built-in motor, there is no need for a shaft seal required in open-type refrigerating machines, eliminating concerns about refrigerant leakage from the sealing area.
